Return & Refund Policy

We aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy:

  1. Eligibility for Return
    – Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
    – Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
    – Used or worn slippers cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  2. Non-Returnable Items
    – Items damaged due to misuse.
    – Products bought under clearance or special sale (unless defective).
  3. Return Process
    – Contact us at 7993787225 within 7 days to initiate a return.
    – Provide order ID, product details, and reason for return.
    – Once approved, we will guide you through the pickup/return method.
  4. Refund Policy
    Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the product.
    – Prepaid orders → refund to original payment method.
    – COD orders → refund via UPI or bank transfer.
    Refunds may take 5–7 working days.
  5. Exchange Policy
    Exchanges allowed for size/style issues, subject to stock availability.
  6. Damaged or Wrong Product
    If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours with photos/video for quick resolution.
